I welcomed Queen guitarist Brian May to Gower yesteray!

Brian and Tourism Swansea Bay chairman Steve Crocker (pictured 3rd from left in the instagram pic below) are involved in a Gower project together to try and reduce Bovine TB in Gower (details in Instagram pic).

The visit was arranged to help raise awareness of the Gower project.

I got to meet Brian in my capacity in Tourism Swansea Bay and as a Gower Ambassador. I told him briefly about the Gower Ambassadors and said we’d be happy to get involved in the Gower Project. It was lovely to hear him say how nice the Gower is despite the bad weather at the moment.

Brian has been tweeting and posting on his instagram about his time in Swansea (trying Gower Brewery Ale, visiting the Gower Heritage Centre, the Brangwyn Hall and Mumbles) and his posts have been seen by thousands!

Great to see him enjoying Swansea Bay and Gower despite the stormy weather!
